Customer Services Standards

We shall respond to your initial enquiry within 48 hours.

For call-outs, we shall arrive on site within a 72-hour period at a charge of £160, all work shall be charged at an hourly rate thereafter.

Where quotes can be generated solely by the Company, these shall be sent to the customer within 14 days of the initial enquiry. This timeframe shall be reduced where possible. Examples of where a 14-day timeframe cannot be achieved would include supplier information extraction i.e. cost of parts and securing of bespoke requirements; site visit; liaison with client.

Where any timeframes or deadlines, including operation dates, cannot be met, the customer shall be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Services are guaranteed for a minimum of two years. This only applies when the installation has failed because of the method of installation alone and not the product components or because of third party interference, then the fault shall be rectified free of charge.
